Price is $375 per night for 6 people. Minimum 2 nights stay. $50/guest/night for additional guests up to a maximum of 14 guests.

We welcome bookings on the following basis:

Minimum 2 nights stay

Credit card bookings: We require credit card details, name, address and contact number. We will contact you for this information.

Bookings without credit cards – 50% deposit 30 days prior to arrival. Payment in full to be received seven days prior to arrival. Payment can be made via internet transfer, cheque or money order.

A Bond payment will also need to be paid seven days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy – When your booking is made we hold the home exclusively for you. Unfortunately if you cancel we may have to charge you:

• All cancellations will incur a $25 administration fee.
• Cancellation over 1 month in advance – full deposit refunded.
• Less than 1 month but more than 7 days – charge of 50% of reserved booking.
• Less than seven days – forfeit total cost.
